We also supply genuine spare parts and accessories for all the above-listed products at competitive rates.
3. Service Warranty
- Repair Warranty: We provide a 1-year free service warranty on all repairs.
- Spare Parts Warranty: All spare parts come with a 6-month warranty.
- Warranty is void if the product is tampered with by any unauthorized personnel.

- Customers can log service requests and track the status of their calls through our online software available on our website.
5. Pricing and Payments
- Prices for services and spare parts will be provided at the time of service request or inquiry.
- Payments must be made in full upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Customers may cancel or reschedule a service request by contacting us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
